Summer Associate: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
A paid ($15,000 for 2Ls, $10,000 for 1Ls), ten-week summer associate position for a current law student to explore a career in public interest law. Summer associates work with our litigators to serve clients across the country who have had their constitutional and statutory rights violated by public-sector union officials. First- or second-year students are invited to apply. Applicants should send a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript (first-year students must have first semester grades). Applications accepted on a rolling basis; deadline to apply is January 31, 2026.

Attention Litigators!
As a growing, dynamic public-interest law firm, the Fairness Center is always looking for litigators who are interested in our mission, representing clients in complex, cutting-edge labor litigation in federal and state courts and before labor boards. Our litigators represent clients who are defending their constitutional rights, facing union retaliation, fighting unfair representation, or demanding accountability for corruption by union officials.
