About Davis P. Dilling

Davis P. Dilling serves as Litigation Associate at The Fairness Center. In his role, Davis seeks to vindicate the rights of those hurt by public-sector union officials, particularly by pursuing federal and state constitutional claims. Before joining The Fairness Center, Davis served as Law Clerk to the Honorable President Judge Wade A. Kagarise of the Blair County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.

Originally hailing from western Pennsylvania, Davis grew up on the east coast of Florida. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, graduating summa cum laude. He subsequently earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During his time at Regent, Davis worked for two other nonprofit, public-interest law firms, which provided him with the opportunity to work on written arguments to multiple federal courts.
