Avraham Goldstein and five other City University of New York professors sued their union after it released a statement aligned with the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement that they viewed as anti-Semitic.

Five of these professors, who are Jewish, resigned from the union in protest. But even though they are no longer members of the union, the law requires them to still accept the union’s representation in their employment.

These professors have accomplished half of their goal—to ensure they aren’t being forced to fund hate. Now they need help to achieve complete independence from the union they believe hates them.
