About Noah R. Port

Noah R. Port serves as Litigation Associate at the Fairness Center, where he provides counsel and representation to those harmed by public sector union officials.

Noah graduated cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. There, he served as an executive for the school chapter of the Federalist Society, was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program, and earned several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. During his time in law school, Noah also served as a legal intern for the Court of Common Pleas of Clarion County and as a summer associate with the Fairness Center.

Noah grew up in Clarion, Pennsylvania and received his undergraduate degree in history from The Pennsylvania State University with honors through the Schreyer Honors College. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and studying history.
